These terms apply to services provided by Kocher's Pressure Washing in Norwalk, Ohio and the surrounding service area.

Estimates

Estimates are free and based on the information and access available at the time of quoting. Significant changes in scope, surface condition, or access may require a revised estimate before work continues.

Scheduling and weather

Service dates may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions. We will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new date.

Property access and preparation

Please provide access to a working water spigot and clear the work area of vehicles, furniture, and fragile items. Windows and doors should be closed before we begin.

Results

We use methods appropriate to each surface and aim for the best possible outcome. Some staining — including deeply set oil, rust, paint failure, and pre-existing damage — may improve without fully disappearing. We will tell you honestly what to expect before starting.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
